Josh Downs Back At Practice Thursday

Colts WR Josh Downs (hip) returned to a full practice on Thursday. It looks like he'll be ready to go for this weekend's game vs. the Steelers. Downs, still only playing in three-WR sets, remains stuck in WR4 territory.
