Alvin Kamara Out For Week 17

Saints RB Alvin Kamara (knee, ankle) is out for Sunday’s game vs. the Titans. With RB Devin Neal on IR, New Orleans is again down to Audric Estime and Evan Hull as their top two RBs. But it was Taysom Hill who led the team with 12 carries last week, adding six targets and a passing score. Hill makes for an intriguing – albeit risky – Week 17 fantasy play.

Alvin Kamara Out For Week 13

Saints RB Alvin Kamara (knee, ankle) is out for Sunday’s game vs. the Dolphins. He’s not expected to be placed on IR, according to ESPN’s Adam Schefter, so we should see Kamara back within the next few weeks. His absence this weekend leaves rookie Devin Neal as New Orleans’ likely lead back, although TE Taysom Hill and potentially RB Audric Estime will also be involved. Consider Neal just a RB3 or Flex play.

Devin Neal Gets Workhorse Usage After Alvin Kamara Injury

Alvin Kamara sprained his right MCL early in the Saints' Week 12 loss to Atlanta. After Kamar departed the game, Devin Neal played 57 of the team's final 66 snaps and was the only RB to receive a carry or target. Neal didn't find a lot of running room, rushing for just 18 yards on his 7 attempts, but he did catch 5-of-7 targets for 43 yards.
