Cardinals WR Marvin Harrison Jr. (heel) is active for today’s game vs. the Bengals. He remained limited in practice all week and was listed as questionable. ESPN’s Adam Schefter said this morning that Harrison’s snaps will be “managed” today. He ran a route on just 61% of Arizona’s pass plays and drew three targets last week. Consider Harrison a risky WR3 play today.
