The 49ers' revolving door of injuries continues to spin. WR De'Zhaun Stribling missed Saturday's practice with a shoulder injury and is considered day to day, according to insider Matt Maiocco. WR Mike Evans returned on Saturday after exiting Tuesday's practice with quad tightness. Evans has been on and off the field with quad trouble all month, although Maiocco said the issue is not serious. Neither Evans nor Stribling seems in danger of missing Week 1, but we'll keep an eye on both.

Those first two passes went toward WR Deebo Samuel, with one completion for 4 yards. But Purdy did target Stribling on his next three attempts and complete all of them. The second-round pick finished the first quarter with 4 catches for 46 yards on 5 targets, snagging his last reception from QB Mac Jones. No other Niner caught more than one ball in the first half.

49ers WR De'Zhaun Stribling returned to practice on Thursday. He missed only a few days with what was evidently a minor hamstring injury. Barring a setback, Stribling's 2026 fantasy outlook is unaffected. He was off to a strong start in camp before the hamstring and has a good chance to open the season as one of San Francisco's top three WRs.
