Zay Flowers Still Sidelined With Undisclosed Injury
Ravens WR Zay Flowers missed Monday's practice with an undisclosed injury. Flowers was sidelined last week, but HC Jesse Minter said then that it was “nothing major.”
Ravens WR Zay Flowers missed Monday's practice with an undisclosed injury. Flowers was sidelined last week, but HC Jesse Minter said then that it was “nothing major.”
Ravens HC Jesse Minter said Saturday that WR Zay Flowers is “day to day” with a quad contusion, according to The Athletic’s Jeff Zrebiec. That doesn’t sound like an injury that should affect his season at all, but we’ll watch for any reason to reconsider that.
The Baltimore Ravens selected USC WR Ja’Kobi Lane with the 80th overall pick in Round 3 of the 2026 NFL Draft. Lane logged just 76 snaps as a true freshman. He then broke out in 2024, ranking fifth nationally in TD catches (12). Lane punctuated that season with a 7-127-3 eruption in the Las Vegas Bowl. A shoulder injury disrupted his 2025, but the efficiency remained. Lane posted a career-best 4.8 yards after catch per reception and averaged 2.42 yards per route. He plays to his 6'4 size, using his frame to box out defenders and consistently win 50-50 balls. On the negative side, concentration drops pop up on tape. His top-end speed is also average, while USC’s offense didn’t demand a full route tree.
Ravens WR Zay Flowers missed practice on Wednesday. HC John Harbaugh said Flowers will be sidelined a few days, according to ESPN's Jamison Hensley.
Ravens TE Isaiah Likely suffered an ankle injury near the end of Tuesday’s practice, according to Jeff Zrebiec of The Athletic. Likely is set to have an MRI on Wednesday but is expected to be out “a few weeks,” HC Jim Harbaugh said.
Ravens HC John Harbaugh labeled WR Zay Flowers "day to day" with the knee injury he suffered in Saturday's win over the Browns. "He’ll try to do everything to get back as soon as he can, and we’ll see where that takes us," Harbaugh said, refusing to provide any details on the injury. We're still not expecting Flowers to play vs. the Steelers on Saturday night but will keep you updated on his status. It at least seems like Flowers would have a good chance to be ready for the Divisional Round if Baltimore takes care of business this weekend.
Ravens WR Zay Flowers will "likely" miss next week's Wild Card game with the knee injury he suffered in Saturday's win over the Browns, according to NFL Network's Ian Rapoport. "It’s not considered a major injury, though there is a real chance he misses next week," Rapoport writes. "If Baltimore takes care of business, he could be back." Flowers is set for an MRI on Sunday, so we should learn more about his status soon. His absence would create more target opportunity for WR Rashod Bateman and TEs Mark Andrews and Isaiah Likely.
Ravens WR Zay Flowers injured his right knee in the second quarter of Saturday's game vs. the Browns. He was initially deemed questionable to return before being ruled out at halftime. We'll look for an update on Flowers' injury and his status for next weekend's playoff opener. WR Rashod Bateman and TE Mark Andrews tied for the team lead with eight targets in the win over Cleveland.
Update: HC John Harbaugh said after the game that Flowers will have an MRI on Sunday and has a "chance" to be ready for the playoffs.
Ravens WRs Rashod Bateman (foot) and Nelson Agholor (concussion) are listed as questionable for Saturday's game vs. the Steelers. Agholor did not practice all week and is a long shot to be cleared by Saturday. Bateman was added to the injury report on Wednesday and then did not practice on Thursday. He was spotted in a walking boot on Thursday morning. That might leave Baltimore without its No. 2 and 3 WRs this weekend. That'd likely mean target-share boosts for WR Zay Flowers and TEs Mark Andrews and Isaiah Likely.
Update: The Ravens later downgraded Agholor to out.
Ravens WR Zay Flowers missed practice on Wednesday and Thursday and entered Sunday’s game questionable with an ankle. He was active against Cleveland, though, and delivered 7 grabs for 115 yards in an upset loss.
Ravens WR Zay Flowers (ankle) is questionable for this weekend’s game vs. the Browns. He only got in a limited practice on Friday. Flowers played through this injury in last Monday night’s win over the Bucs, though, so we’re projecting him to play against Cleveland. We’ll get Baltimore’s inactives around 11:30 am ET on Sunday.
Ravens WR Zay Flowers (ankle) remained sidelined for Thursday's practice. Flowers played through this injury in Monday night's win over the Bucs but isn't a lock to suit up for this weekend's game vs. the Browns. We'll see how he's listed on the final injury report tomorrow.
Ravens WR Zay Flowers (calf) is listed as doubtful for Saturday's game vs. the Steelers. He played through this injury last week, so this is very likely a case of Flowers getting some rest in a meaningless finale. He should be ready for Baltimore's playoff opener in a couple of weeks. WR Odell Beckham (rest) has been ruled out for Week 18. The Ravens will trot out some combination of WRs Rashod Bateman, Nelson Agholor, Laquon Treadwell, and Tylan Wallace with QB Tyler Huntley.
Ravens WR Zay Flowers (calf) missed his second straight practice on Thursday. We don't have any other details on the calf issue or Flowers' availability for this weekend's game vs. the Dolphins. We'll see how he's listed on the final injury report tomorrow.
