Le'Veon Moss Joins Dolphins Backfield After Going Undrafted

The Dolphins signed undrafted free agent RB Le’Veon Moss, according to ESPN’s Jeremy Fowler. Moss played four seasons at Texas A&M, peaking in 2024. He posted 6.3 yards per carry, scored 10 times, and churned out 4.4 yards after contact per attempt, per Pro Football Focus. That’s high-end production in the SEC. Then the injuries hit. A knee injury wiped out his final four games in 2024. And an ankle injury the next August restricted him to just 77 carries this past year. HC Mike Elko publicly backed him after the 2025 injury, calling him a “warrior.” Among the 20 RBs invited to the NFL Combine, Moss ranked 15th in 2025 rushing market share (34.7%) and ninth in yards after contact per attempt (3.47). He ranked 17th in 2025 missed tackles forced per attempt (0.16) and last in receiving yards per route run (0.05). He is currently 23 years old.
