49ers WR Ricky Pearsall (knee) is out for Sunday’s game vs. the Rams. He remained sidelined in practice all week. HC Kyle Shanahan said Friday that Pearsall still isn’t hitting his typical speeds on GPS and won’t be cleared to return until he does. Jauan Jennings and Kendrick Bourne will again operate as San Francisco’s top two WRs this weekend.
